Hi guys!
Last nights class was hard, but I know that with each day I will be getting better! Everyday we all get stronger and stronger, I know by at least week three, I will have more strength and be ready to move up in bands! I am also looking in cook books to help me come up with some variety in salads and foods. I will be bored very quickly if I eat the same things each day. Some choices of good salads that sound filling. Warm Red lentil salad minus the Goat chesse. During this process, I'm avoiding dairy. Lentil and Tuna salad and asparagus and tomato salad! Yummy! Will try these out the rest of the week.
